INGREDIENTS: 
Ibuprofen 5%w/w

DOSAGE: 
Over 12 years: squeeze 50-125mg (4-10cm) of gel from the tube and lightly rub into the affected area until absorbed. The dose should not be repeated more frequently than every 4 hours and no more than 4 times a day. Under 12 years: not to be used except on the advice of a doctor.
