The Fife is a ladies extra wide fitting shoe with double Velcro closing straps in a wide 4E fitting.
This is a supportive and comfortable shoe for ladies with medical foot conditions such as bunions, gout and swelling of the feet, who are looking for a high-quality walking shoe from an established shoemaker.
The shoe is beautifully made and has graceful detailing, equally appropriate for your trip to the cinema or a walk into town.
The shoe is very roomy and deep around the toes. We do offer this model in an 6V fitting which is very, very wide with plenty of extra depth for ladies with extreme swelling of the feet.
The Velcro touch straps make for easy access and we can provide strap extensions on request. The fitting can be easily adjusted throughout the day if required to accommodate different levels of swelling.
The uppers are made from super soft smooth leather and the side panels are seam-free for added comfort.
The two-part insole is rigid at the back and flexible at the front which provides great support and stability while walking but still ensures the shoe flexes with your foot.
The Fife comes with Anti-bacterial inner-socks but these can be removed to allow extra depth or for the insertion of orthotic devices.
The soles have built-in shock absorbers and the shoe overall is extremely lightweight. This combined with the comfort features makes this shoe a great choice for women with serious foot issues who want a comfortable and high-quality velcro close shoe.
